Agios Pavlos beach

The beach of Agios Pavlos (Saint Paul) lies 58 km south of Rethymno town, and 50 km from the village of Agia Galini. Due to its difficult access the beach is very calm with a few swimmers enjoying the beautiful area. It has fine grey sand and pristine waters. Some isolated inlets appear between the rocks adding to the incredible beauty and peacefulness of the place. This beach is not organized. A village of the same name is located nearby Agios Pavlos Beach and has some rooms for rent and excellent taverns serving traditional Cretan food to offer. Source: www.greeka.com
